摘要 随着《智能网联汽车技术路线图》规划出台,越来越多的企业加入车辆智能化的研发和生产当中,各种智能驾驶功能验证车应运而生,线控转向系统作为线控底盘的重要组成部分,在此类车辆上得到了广泛应用。文章主要介绍线控转向系统的组成、工作原理、线控转向系统关键技术,并通过实际案例讲解线控转向系统的故障诊断与维修方法。 With the introduction of the Technology Roadmap of Intelligent Networked Vehicles planning,more and more enterprises have joined the research,development and production of intelligent vehicles.Various intelligent driving function verification vehicles come into being.As an important part of the chassis controlled by wire,the steer by wire system has been widely used in such vehicles.This paper mainly introduces the composition,working principle and key technologies of steer by wire system,and explains the fault diagnosis and maintenance methods of steer by wire system through practical cases.
