影响非哺乳期肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎术后复发因素分析 被引量：5

Influencing factors of postoperative recurrence of granulomatous lobular mastitis in non lactation period

摘要 探究非哺乳期肉芽肿性小叶性乳腺炎(GLM)患者术后复发可能影响因素。2016年1月—2018年12月手术治疗后随访3年的80例非哺乳期GLM术后复发患者为复发组,同期完成治疗及随访的80例非哺乳期GLM术后未复发患者为未复发组,通过单因素与多因素分析GLM患者术后复发的影响因素。结果显示,单纯手术、BMI高,PRL、E2、sICAM-1过表达是GLM患者术后复发的影响因素(OR>1,P<0.05),增加非哺乳期GLM患者术后复发风险。临床应对上述因素实施干预,以降低术后复发。
