摘要
青钱柳Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal)Iljinskaja为胡桃科Juglandaceae青钱柳属Cyclocarya植物,该植物属于自然界较为少见的单种属植物。青钱柳为我国特有的药食两用植物,广泛分布于我国南方多个省份,不仅含有人体所必须的常量矿物质,而且还含有对人体有重要保健功能的微量矿物质;主要有机成分为三萜类、黄酮类、多糖类、苯丙酸类等化合物。研究表明,青钱柳具有降血糖、降血脂、抗炎、减肥、抗肿瘤、提高免疫力等多种药理作用。本文对近年来有关青钱柳的化学成分和药理活性研究进行综述,以期为后续研究、开发和利用该植物提供参考。
Cyclocarya paliurus(Batal)Iljinskaja,belonging to the genus Cyclocarya(Juglandaceae),consists only one species distributed in south China.C.paliurus leaves are used in traditional medicine for a long history.It contains the inorganic constant and trace components required by the human body,and it is a selenium-rich plant product.More than 240 compounds,including dammarane triterpenoids,oleanane triterpenoids,ursane triterpenoids,lupinane triterpenoids,flavonoids,isosclerones,phenolic derivatives,and polysaccharides,etc,have been separated from C.paliurus.Among them,3,4-seco-dammarane triterpenoids are the most abundant and the most characteristic.Furthermore,the extracts and compounds from C.paliurus have been found to exert various pharmacological activities,such as anti-hyperglycemic,anti-hyperlipidemic,anti-inflammatory,immunomodulatory,cytotoxic activities.Although great breakthroughs during the past 30 years years have been made in the research of the pharmacology and constituents of C.paliurus,the research and development of drugs related to C.paliurus has lagged behind seriously.The systematic and in-depth research is still needed in the toxicity and development of C.paliurus.The present review summarizes the constituents and pharmacological activity of C.paliurus to provide reference for further research,development and utilization of this plant.
