摘要
“30·60”双碳背景下,作为可再生能源重要组成部分的风能将维持高速增长,市场对风电叶片的技术发展要求越来越高,叶片向大型化、轻量化方向发展,轻质高强的碳纤维是超大型叶片增强材料的必然选择。文章介绍了当前风电市场的发展形势,结合碳纤维应用的优势,阐述了碳纤维叶片市场的渗透情况;基于碳纤维主梁叶片成型技术进展以及碳纤维产业链情况,分析了制约碳纤维尤其是国产碳纤维在风电叶片中规模化应用的因素,对未来碳纤维叶片产业发展提出了建议。
The carbon peaking and carbon neutrality goals will promote wind energy,important renewable energy,in high-speed growth.Ever higher market requirements for the technical development of wind turbine blades require large-scale and lightweight blades.Therefore,lightweight and high-strength carbon fiber is the inevitable choice for the reinforcement materials of ultra-large blades.The paper introduces the current development of the wind power market and expounds on the market penetration of carbon fiber blades based on the advantages of carbon fiber application.Furthermore,it analyzes the constraints of carbon fibers,especially domestic carbon fiber,in the large-scale application of wind turbine blades based on the progress of forming technology of carbon fiber spar cap blades as well as the carbon fiber industry chain,and put forward suggestions for the future development of the carbon fiber blade industry.
