摘要
糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)为持续性高血糖引起的有害代谢效应,是一种常见、可致盲的糖尿病微血管并发症。近几年的中药复方抗实验性DR研究表明,复方血栓通、和营清热方、活血解毒方、驻景丸、络通方、复视明胶囊、丹红化瘀口服液等对DR具有一定的防治作用,涉及的作用机制与抑制血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)及YAP的表达,调节紧密连接蛋白,阻断TGF-β1/Smad2/3信号通路、Hippo信号通路、Notch信号通路、OCS3-STAT3和TIMP1-A2M信号通路,抑制糖基化终末产物(AGEs)受体表达,抗炎和抗氧化有关。本文综述了近几年中药复方抗实验性DR的研究进展,希望为临床上中药复方防治DR提供科学的实验依据和参考。
Diabetic retinopathy(DR)is a harmful metabolic effect caused by persistent hyperglycemia,which is a common and blinding diabetic microvascular complication.In recent years,the studies on anti-experimental DR of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions show that Fufang Xueshuantong,Heyingqingre formula,Huoxuejiedu formula,Zhujing pill,Luotong formula,Fushiming capsule,Danhonghuayu oral liquid have certain preventive and therapeutic effects on DR.The mechanism involved is to inhibit the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor and YAP,regulate tight junction protein expression,block TGF-β/Smad2/3 signaling pathway,Hippo signaling pathway,Notch signaling pathway,OCS3-STAT3 and TIMP1-A2M signaling pathway,inhibit the expression of AGEs receptors,and are related to anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects.This paper reviews the recent progress of Chinese herbal compound prescriptions against experimental DR,hoping to provide experimental evidence and reference materials for the clinical prevention and treatment of DR.
