摘要
目的探讨多功能光电平台改善皮肤敏感,促进面部年轻化,增加面部皮肤弹性及紧致的临床研究。方法选取2021年8月-2022年8月于我院的敏感性皮肤74例,随机分为两组。对照组给予常规治疗,研究组在此基础上给予多功能光电平台,对两组的临床疗效、皮肤敏感情况以及治疗前后的皮肤生理指标、双颊厚度、密度值进行观察。结果研究组总有效率(94.59%)比对照组(70.27%)高(P<0.05);研究组紧绷感、刺痛、瘙痒、灼热、毛细血管扩张评分均比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组角质层含水量、皮肤弹性值比对照组高,经表皮失水率、红斑值比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组治疗后双颊厚度比对照组高,密度比对照组低(P<0.05);研究组不良反应总发生率(5.40%)比对照组(29.74%)低(P<0.05)。结论敏感性皮肤患者在常规治疗基础上给予多功能光电平台效果较好,可以有效改善患者的皮肤敏感性以及促进面部年轻化,同时可以改善患者的皮肤生理指标,降低不良反应发生率的同时提高临床疗效,值得推广应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical study of multifunctional photoelectric platform to improve the elasticity and tightness of facial skin and skin sensitivity.Methods 74 cases of sensitive skin in our hospital from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the study group was given multifunctional photoelectric platform on this basis.The clinical efficacy,skin sensitivity,skin physiological indexes,buccal thickness and density values before and after treatment were observed.Results The total effective rate of the study group(94.59%)was higher than that of the control group(70.27%)(P<0.05);the scores of tightness,tingling,itching,burning and telangiectasia in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);The water content and skin elasticity of the stratum corneum in the study group were higher than those in the control group,and the transepidermal water loss rate and erythema value were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Low(P<0.05);the total incidence of adverse reactions in the study group(5.40%)was lower than that in the control group(29.74%)(P<0.05).Conclusions Patients with sensitive skin can be given a multi-functional optoelectronic platform on the basis of conventional treatment.It can effectively improve the skin sensitivity of patients and increase skin elasticity and firmness.To improve clinical efficacy,it is worthy of promotion and application.
