摘要
石油化工企业的安全风险系数大,火灾发生的可能性较大,火灾发生后的灭火救援工作也比较困难。石油化工行业的火灾危险特征主要表现为火势发展迅猛、灭火救援工作较困难、不同化学品燃烧对灭火剂的适用要求各不相同,火灾现场极易发生爆炸事故,灭火救援工作环境复杂以及火灾潜在的危险因素较多、不易发现等。因此,为了保证石油化工企业的安全,必须实施科学有效的灭火救援策略。文章通过对石油化工行业火灾危险的分析,讨论在灭火救援工作中危险因素,阐述灭火救援的最优对策。
Petrochemical enterprises have a high safety risk coeff icient,a high probability of f ire,and it is diff icult to extinguish and rescue after a f ire.The f ire hazard characteristics of petrochemical industry are mainly shown as follows:the f ire is developing rapidly,the f iref ighting and rescue work is diff icult,the application requirements of different chemicals for f ire extinguishing agents are different,the f ire scene is prone to explosion,the f ire f ighting and rescue work environment is complex,and the potential risk factors of f ire are many and diff icult to f ind.Therefore,in order to ensure the safety of petrochemical enterprises,scientif ic and effective f iref ighting and rescue strategies must be implemented.Through the analysis of f ire hazards in petrochemical industry,this paper discusses the risk factors in f iref ighting and rescue work,and expounds the optimal countermeasures for f iref ighting and rescue.
