摘要
基于毁伤效果控制作战进程,是夺取战争胜利的关键环节。美国在战斗毁伤评估领域处于领先地位。本文基于条令条例、论文报告、新闻报道等公开资料,分析了美军对战斗毁伤评估概念的最新理解,研究了美军战斗毁伤评估的参与力量与职责、业务流程及体系架构,包括全面高效地评估信息收集体系、网络化毁伤评估软件及系统等,总结了目前美军在战斗毁伤评估中存在的问题及其发展趋势。
It is the key to win the war to control the battle process based on the damage effect. The United States has taken the lead in battle damage assessment. Based on public information such as regulations and rules and papers and news reports, the latest understanding of the concept of battle damageassessment by US military is analyzed, and participating forces and responsibilities, and business process, and the architecture of US military battle damage assessment are studied, including comprehensive and efficient assessment information collection system, networked damage assessment software and system. The problems of US military battle damage assessment at present and its development trend are summarized.
