偏高水分玉米贮藏技术及品质控制研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 偏高水分玉米较其他谷物贮藏难度较高、贮藏时间短、易生虫霉变、品质劣变速度较快。寻求适用性高、安全环保的绿色储粮技术可以减少贮藏期间玉米损失、降低化学药剂残留率、提高玉米贮藏品质;严格把控玉米品质控制能够进一步延缓玉米品质劣变、提高整体储粮品质。围绕了偏高水分玉米贮藏特性及其贮藏期间品质控制,综述了近年来偏高水分玉米贮藏技术的研究进展并对做出展望。 Compared with other cereals,corn with high moisture content is more difficult to store,shorter storage time,prone to insect mildew and faster deterioration of quality.The green grain storage technology with high applicability,safety and environmental protection can reduce the loss of corn during storage,reduce the rate of chemical residue and improve the storage quality of corn.Strictly controlling maize quality control can further delay maize quality deterioration and improve the quality of stored grain.In this paper,the storage characteristics and quality control of maize with high moisture content during storage were reviewed,and the research progress of storage technology of maize with high moisture content in recent years was summarized.
