电感耦合等离子体发射光谱法测定天然水中的硫酸盐 被引量:1

摘要 目前测定水中硫酸盐质量浓度的常用方法有重量法、滴定法、光度法、离子色谱法等,这些方法操作繁琐、所用试剂较多、成本高。为此,提出了利用电感耦合等离子体发射光谱仪快速测定天然水中硫酸盐质量浓度的方法。通过试验,确定了测试最佳条件为:波长180.731 nm、射频功率1 150 W、雾化器流量0.70 L/min、载气流量0.50 L/min。当水样中存在硫化物时,可加入浓盐酸并加热消解。经验证,在最佳仪器和水样前处理条件下,方法检出限为0.031 mg/L,不同方法的天然水样相对偏差均小于相对偏差允许限。此测定方法分析速度快、线性范围广、准确度高、灵敏度好。 At present, the commonly used methods for determining the mass concentration of sulfate in water include gravimetric method, titration method, spectrophotometry, ion chromatography, etc, which are tedious, costly and in need of more reagents. Therefore, a method for rapid determination of sulfate concentration in natural water using inductively coupled plasma emission spectroscopy(ICP-AES) is proposed. Through experiments, the optimal conditions for the test are determined as wavelength 180.731 nm, RF power 1 150 W, nebulizer flow rate 0.70 L/min, and carrier gas flow rate 0.50 L/min. When sulfide is present in the water sample, concentrated hydrochloric acid can be added and heated to eliminate it. The method is validated to have a detection limit of 0.031 mg/L under the optimal instrument conditions and pretreated conditions of the water sample, and the relative deviations of natural water samples by different methods are less than the allowable limit of relative deviations. The method is fast, linear, accurate and sensitive.
