摘要
目的 了解医院医务人员的生活满意度现状,分析其影响因素,并探索与知觉压力、社会支持的关系。方法 选择便利抽样法,采用一般资料问卷、生活满意度量表、知觉压力量表和社会支持量表对918名医务人员进行横断面调查,运用结构方程模型和Bootstrap检验分析变量之间的关系。结果 (1)医务人员生活满意度总分为(23.99±6.83)分,不同年龄、婚姻状况、职称、医院等级、人员类别、工作年限和科室的医务人员生活满意度水平差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。(2)生活满意度与知觉压力呈显著负相关(r=-0.447,P<0.01);与社会支持、主观支持、客观支持、支持利用度呈显著正相关(r=0.448、0.429、0.295、0.312,P<0.01)。(3)社会支持在知觉压力与生活满意度间起部分中介作用,中介效应为-0.10,占总效应的22%。结论 医务人员生活满意度处于偏低水平,应重视医务人员的心理健康,采取有效措施减轻医务人员的工作压力,提高其社会支持水平和生活满意度。
Objective To investigate the status of life satisfaction of hospital medical staff, analyze its influencing factors, and explore its relationship with perceived stress and social support. Methods The convenience sampling method was adopted. The cross-sectional survey among 918 medical staffs was carried out by the general information questionnaire, life satisfaction scale, perceived stress scale and social support scale. The relationship among the variables was analyzed by structural equation model and Bootstrap test. Results(1) The total score of life satisfaction of medical staff was(23.99±6.83). There were significant differences in life satisfaction of medical staff with different ages, marital status, professional title, hospital grade, personnel category, working years and departments(P<0.05).(2) There was a significant negative correlation between life satisfaction and perceived stress(r =-0.447,P<0.01);there were significant positive correlation with social support, subjective support, objective support and support utilization(r=0.448, 0.429, 0.295, 0.312, P<0.01).(3) Social support played a partial mediating role in the relationship between perceived stress and life satisfaction, the mediating effect was-0.10, accounting for 22% of the total. Conclusion The life satisfaction of medical staff is at a low level. More attention should be paid to their mental health, effective measures should be taken to reduce their work stress, so as to improve their social support level and life satisfaction.
