摘要
为避免资源浪费降低运行模式成本及煤质分析数据高效传输管理设计基于SSM框架的智能煤质化验室综合管理系统。硬件方面,设计自动工分仪、量热仪等。软件方面,建立煤质化验信息采集模块,确保数据的高效传输准确性;制定煤质智能接样检验存储流程,规避和防范流程误差风险;基于SSM框架设计煤质数据智能存储数据库,避免人工存储造成的失误;消除化验室远程管理误差风险,加强化验室管理水平。采用系统测试的方法,测试此系统的运行效果,经验证新系统的管理效果更佳。
In order to avoid waste of resources,reduce the cost of operation mode and the efficient transmission and management of coal quality analysis data,an intelligent coal quality laboratory integrated management system based on the SSM framework is designed.In terms of hardware,design automatic work division instrument,calorimeter,etc.In terms of software,establish a coal quality test information collection module to ensure efficient data transmission accuracy;formulate a coal quality intelligent sample inspection storage process to avoid and prevent process error risks;design a coal quality data intelligent storage database based on the SSM framework to avoid manual storage Mistakes caused;Eliminate the risk of remote management errors in the laboratory and strengthen the management level of the laboratory.The method of system testing is adopted to test the operation effect of this system,and it has been verified that the management effect of the new system is better.
