摘要
当前在对城镇老旧小区给排水管道设施进行改造优化的过程中,相关部门应当采取顶层设计,优化各项管控措施,革新现有的改造技术。文章对城镇老旧小区给排水改造存在的外部问题以及内部问题进行了重点阐述,并重点探讨了当前城镇老旧小区给排水改造过程中的管控措施,通过明确相应的资金保障,优化改造目标,制订完整的改造计划,对各类管道设施进行精细化高效化的管控,以提高改造效率。
At present, in the process of reconstruction and optimization of water supply and drainage pipeline facilities in old urban communities, relevant departments should take top-level design, optimize various management and control measures, and innovate existing reconstruction technologies.This paper focuses on the external and internal problems existing in the water supply and drainage reconstruction of old urban communities, and focuses on the current management and control measures in the process of water supply and drainage reconstruction of old urban communities. By clarifying the corresponding financial guarantee, optimizing the reconstruction goal, formulating a complete reconstruction plan, and carrying out fine and efficient management and control of various pipeline facilities, it is hoped to improve the efficiency of reconstruction.
