摘要
钢厂生产汽车钢板时要严格控制品质,并进行大量检测,而通过建设冷轧薄板智能检测系统,使用智能化手段代替大量重复的人工作业,可以提高作业效率、降低劳动强度、提升检测结果稳定性。笔者所在的实验室通过梳理汽车板检测领域现状,结合自身情况建设了一套冷轧薄板智能检测系统。文章分析了冷轧薄板检测中存在的问题,阐述了对冷轧薄板智能化检测系统设计的思考,探讨了冷轧薄板检测中关键步骤的智能实现,可为相关实践提供参考。
The steel mill must strictly control the quality of automobile steel plates and carry out plenty of detection.Through the construction of cold-rolled sheet intelligent detection system and the use of intelligent means to replace a large number of repetitive manual work, it can improve work efficiency, reduce labor intensity and improve the stability of detection results. The author’s laboratory has built a set of intelligent detection system for cold-rolled sheets by combing the current situation of automobile plate detection field and combining its own situation. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the cold-rolled sheet detection, and expounds the thinking on the design of intelligent detection system for cold-rolled sheets. On this basis, the intelligent realization of key steps in the cold-rolled sheet detection is discussed in detail, which has certain theoretical value and can provide references for related practice.
