摘要
受到钢筋混凝土结构房屋施工工艺、材料等因素的影响,部分早期的混凝土建筑存在结构强度偏低、抗震性能不足等安全隐患,另有部分老旧房屋功能布局不合理,生活设施老旧,难以满足人们对生活品质的要求。对此,文章首先分析了应用房屋建筑工程结构加固改造技术的必要性,然后总结了房屋建筑工程结构加固改造中存在的问题,最后深入研究了房屋建筑工程结构加固改造的常用技术及配套技术,旨在提高房屋的承载能力,延长房屋的使用寿命。
Affected by factors such as construction technology,materials of reinforced concrete structure buildings,some early concrete buildings have potential safety hazards such as low structural strength and insufficient seismic performance,and other old houses also have unreasonable functional layout and old living facilities,which are difficult to meet people’s requirements for quality of life.In this regard,this paper first analyzes the necessity of applying the structural reinforcement and reconstruction technology of housing construction engineering,and then summarizes the problems existing in the structural reinforcement and reconstruction of housing construction engineering.Finally,it studies the commonly used technologies and supporting technologies of the structural reinforcement and reconstruction of housing construction engineering,aiming at improving the bearing capacity of the house and prolonging its service life.
