标准超偏载检测装置测量不确定度评定 被引量:3

Measurement Uncertainty Evaluation on the Standard Detecting Device for Overload and Unbalance Load

摘要 在铁路货车超偏载检测装置量值溯源链中,偏重差、转向架重心偏离量和整车重心偏离量等量值采用理论计算得到,不能直接溯源到国家计量基准,存在一定局限性。通过建立标准超偏载检测装置计量标准,使上述量值可以溯源至国家计量基准。介绍标准超偏载检测装置结构及原理,分析标准超偏载检测装置测量不确定度来源。根据JJF 1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》,采用测量不确定度表示指南法评定标准超偏载检测装置测量不确定度。评定结果表明,标准超偏载检测装置转向架单侧2个称重单元组合、整车单侧4个称重单元组合和转向架4个称重单元组合质量的扩展测量不确定度,均小于其最大可接受扩展不确定度,满足量值溯源要求。 In the value traceability chain of detecting device for overload and unbalance load of rail wagons, the weight deviation, bogie center of gravity deviation and vehicle center of gravity deviation are calculated theoretically,which can not be directly traceable to the national measurement standards, and there are certain limitations. By establishing the measurement standard of the standard detecting device for overload and unbalance load, the measurement value can be traced to the national measurement standard. This paper introduces the structure and principle of the standard detecting device for overload and unbalance load, and analyzes the source of measurement uncertainty of the standard detecting device for overload and unbalance load. According to JJF 1059.1—2012 Evaluation and expression of uncertainty in measurement, the measurement uncertainty expression guide method is adopted to evaluate the measurement uncertainty of the standard detecting device for overload and unbalance load. The evaluation results show that the extended uncertainty of measurement mass of bogie with two weighing units on one side, bogie with four weighing units on one side and bogie with four weighing units on the other side of the standard detecting device for overload and unbalance load is all less than its maximum acceptable extended uncertainty, which meets the requirement of traceability.
