基于Zigbee技术的机械自动化控制系统设计

摘要 传统的机械自动化控制系统在应用中经常出现响应延迟的问题,且延迟时间较长,为此提出基于Zigbee技术的机械自动化控制系统设计。系统硬件方面对控制器、传感器和数据转换器进行选型与设计;系统软件方面,利用Zigbee技术设计系统通信协议栈,实现数据的发送和接收,并利用模糊控制算法对机械运行模糊控制量进行计算分析。实验结果表明,设计的系统对控制指令的响应延迟时间短于传统系统,具有较好的可行性。 The traditional mechanical automation control system often has the problem of response delay in the application and the delay time is long, for this reason, this paper proposes the design of mechanical automation control system based on Zigbee technology.In terms of system hardware, the controller, sensor and data converter are selected and designed;in terms of system software, the system communication protocol stack is designed using Zigbee technology to realize data transmission and reception, and the fuzzy control algorithm is used to calculate and analyze the fuzzy control amount of machine operation. The experimental results show that the response delay time of the system designed in this paper to the control command is shorter than that of the traditional system, which has better feasibility.
