摘要
目的:探究白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂、安罗替尼治疗晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效。方法:选择晚期宫颈癌患者62例为研究对象,随机分为对照组(白蛋白结合型紫杉醇+顺铂)和试验组(白蛋白结合型紫杉醇+顺铂+安罗替尼)各31例。比较两组临床疗效、血清肿瘤标志物、不良反应情况。结果:试验组有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。患者糖类抗原125(CA125)、鳞状细胞癌相关抗原(SCC)、癌胚抗原(CEA)治疗前比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后患者CA125、SCC、CEA比治疗前显著下降,且试验组明显低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应发生率略高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:在晚期宫颈癌的临床治疗中,采用白蛋白结合型紫杉醇联合顺铂、安罗替尼方案效果理想,且能够改善患者血清肿瘤标志物水平,并不会明显增加不良反应。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of albumin bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin and arotinib in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer. Method 62 patients with advanced cervical cancer were selected as research object, they were randomly divided into control group(albumin bound paclitaxel and cisplatin) and experimental group(albumin bound paclitaxel, cisplatin and arotinib). 31 cases in each group.The clinical efficacy, serum tumor markers and adverse reactions were compared.Results The effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in CA125, SCC and CEA before treatment(P>0.05). After treatment, CA125, SCC and CEA of the patients were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment, and CA125, SCC and CEA in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was slightly higher than that in the control group, but the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05). Conclusion In the clinical treatment of advanced cervical cancer, albumin bound paclitaxel combined with cisplatin and arotinib has ideal therapeutic effect, and improves the level of serum tumor markers without significantly increasing adverse reactions.
