摘要
培训评价是教师培训的重要环节,对于培训具有很强的导向作用。当前,培训模型的构建和培训指标的确定多针对教师个体学习效果的评估,而对学校承担某一项目效果开展评估的研究成果较少,但对于提升工程2.0培训来说,“整校推进”是其培训的重要特征,因此构建“整校考核”的模型就显得尤为重要。本文结合吉林省提升工程2.0培训实践,阐述了PEPR培训指标体系确定的基本原则、指标体系的结构及其内涵,以及评价指标体系在提升工程2.0培训监测中的应用,为提升工程2.0培训监管模型的构建提供参考。
Training evaluation is an important part of teacher training and has a strong guiding role for training. At present, the construction of training models and the determination of training indicators are mostly based on the evaluation of the individual teacher’s learning effect, and there are fewer research results on the evaluation of the effect of a project undertaken by the school. It is an important feature of its training, so it is particularly important to build a model of "whole school assessment". Based on the practice of this province, this article elaborates the basic principles of PEPR training indicator system determination, the structure of the indicator system and its connotation, and the application of the evaluation indicator system in the monitoring of the training of 2.0 for the improvement project, and provides a reference for the construction of the supervision model of the training of the 2.0 project.
