摘要
采用浸渍法制备了磷钨酸/分子筛(HPW/ZSM-5)催化剂,通过X射线衍射(XRD)、比表面积(BET)、扫描电镜(SEM)等表征手段对HPW/ZSM-5催化剂进行了表征,结果表明,HPW/ZSM-5催化剂具有良好的分散度和大的比表面积。并将HPW/ZSM-5催化剂应用于蔗糖脱水制5-羟甲基糠醛(5-HMF),考察了催化剂种类、催化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间、溶剂种类以及催化剂循环使用次数对HPW/ZSM-5催化蔗糖脱水制备5-HMF的影响。结果表明,不同质量比的HPW/ZSM-5催化剂具有高的比表面积,在1.8g的HPW/ZSM-5(2∶1)、1.0g的蔗糖、50mL的DSMO、反应温度160℃、反应时间2h条件下,5-HMF的收率最大为49.82%,此时蔗糖的转化率为96.55%,HPW/ZSM-5(2∶1)催化剂循环使用5次后仍具有良好的催化活性。
Phosphotungstic acid/molecular sieve(HPW/ZSM-5)catalysts were prepared by impregnation method.The HPW/ZSM-5 catalysts were characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD),specific surface area(BET)and scanning electron microscopy(SEM).The results showed that HPW/ZSM-5 catalysts had good dispersion and large specific surface area.The HPW/ZSM-5 catalyst was applied to the dehydration of sucrose to 5-hydroxymethylfurfural(5-HMF).The effects of catalyst type,catalyst dosage,reaction temperature,reaction time,solvent type and catalyst recycling times on the dehydration of sucrose to 5-HMF were investigated.The results showed that HPW/ZSM-5 catalysts with different mass ratios had high specific surface areas.Under the conditions of 1.8g HPW/ZSM-5(2∶1),1.0g sucrose,50mL DSMO,reaction temperature 160℃and reaction time 2h,the yield of 5-HMF reached the maximum of 49.82%,and the conversion of sucrose was 96.55%.HPW/ZSM-5(2∶1)catalyst still had good catalytic activity after five cycles.
