摘要
目的分析术后快速康复外科管理在肿瘤科中的应用效果。方法选取2020年2月—2022年3月石门县人民医院肿瘤科的24名工作人员为研究对象,将2020年2月—2021年2月时间段内12名工作人员归入参比组,此阶段开展基础方式管理;选取2021年3月—2022年3月时间段内12名工作人员归入归入研究组,此阶段开展术后快速康复外科管理。对两组管理后的肿瘤科管理知识进行测评,对两组管理后的管控能力进行评估,对两组负责患者管理后的效果满意度进行评价。结果管理后,研究组工作人员的肿瘤科管理知识高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作人员的管控能力强于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组工作人员负责患者的效果满意度高于参比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将术后快速康复外科管理运用于肿瘤科管理中,可有效丰富工作人员管理知识,锻炼管控能力,增强管理效果。
Objective To analyze the application effect of postoperative fast recovery surgical management in oncology department.Methods Twenty-four staff members of the Oncology Department of Shimen County People's Hospital from February 2020 to March 2022 were selected as the research subjects.12 staff members during the period from February 2020 to February 2021 will be included in the reference group,and basic management will be carried out at this stage.A total of 12 staff members from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected and included in the sutdy group,and surgical management of postoperative fast recovery was carried out at this stage.The management knowledge of the oncology department after the management of the two groups was evaluated,the management and control ability of the two groups after the management was evaluated,and the effect satisfaction of the two groups after the management of the patients was evaluated.Results After management,the management knowledge of the oncology department of the staff of the study group was higher than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the management and control ability of the staff of the study group was stronger than that of the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the effect satisfaction of the staff responsible for the patients in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of postoperative fast recovery surgical management in the management of oncology department can effectively enrich the management knowledge of staff,exercise management and control ability,and enhance management effect.
