摘要
《关于推进实施国家文化数字化战略的意见》是党和国家落实“十四五”规划的顶层设计再深化。公共文化数字化建设的内容主要包括公共文化资源的数字化、公共文化服务的数字化和公共文化管理的数字化,最终是要实现公共文化服务的便利化、公共文化管理的标准化、公共文化权益的均等化。图书馆的现代化始终与信息化、数字化息息相关,从图书馆自动化到电子图书馆、数字图书馆,再到目前的智慧化发展新阶段,图书馆一直是公共文化数字化转型的排头兵。未来,馆舍(建筑)、服务、业务和管理“四位一体”的智慧图书馆系统将是我国图书馆贯彻落实国家文化数字化战略的必要路径。参考文献4。
The Opinions on Promoting the Implementation of National Cultural Digitization Strategy is to further the top-level design of the Party and the country to implement the“14 th Five-Year Plan”.The digitization of public culture includes digitization of public cultural resources,services and management with the ultimate goal to realize the facilitation of public cultural services,standardization of public cultural management and equalization of public cultural rights and interests.The modernization of libraries has always been closely related to digitization.From library automation,electronic library,digital library,to the current smart library,the library has always been the pacesetter of digital transformation of public culture.In the future,the four-sphere integrated smart library system of library housing(building),service,operation and management will be the necessary path for libraries in China to implement the national cultural digitization strategy.4 refs.
