“十三五”期间油气输送管道系统主要耗能设备节能监测分析 被引量:4

Energy Saving Monitoring and Analysis of Main Energy Consuming Equipment of Oil and Gas Transmission Pipeline System During the 13th Five-Year Plan Period

摘要 输油泵机组、加热炉、锅炉、天然气压缩机组是我国油气输送管道企业的关键设备,也是能源消耗的主要设备,总装机容量超过9 000 MW,总体耗能十分巨大,主要耗能设备的能效水平对管输企业生产运行成本影响巨大。通过分析“十三五”期间油气输送管道系统三类七种主要耗能设备的总体节能监测数量和依据标准的变化情况,确定各类耗能设备实际运行效率变化情况和主要能效指标参数合格率,详细说明七种主要耗能设备在运行过程中存在的常见问题和建议采取的措施。针对目前节能监测工作存在的不足和面临国家双碳政策发展机遇挑战,“十四五”期间重点应在智慧管网背景下,做好节能监测模式向信息化转变,开展主要耗能设备的能效实时监测系统开发应用,同时加大能效数据规律研究,盘活能效数据资产的价值,从而为管输企业节能、减排、降碳工作作出更大的技术支持。 Oil pump unit,heating furnace,boiler,and natural gas compressor unit are the key equipment of oil and gas transmission pipeline enterprises,and the main equipment of energy consumption.The total installed capacity exceeds 9000MW,and the overall energy consumption is very huge.The energy efficiency level of main energy-consuming equipment has a great impact on the production and operation cost of pipeline transmission enterprises.Through the analysis of the overall energy-saving monitoring quantity and standard changes of the three categories of seven main energy-consuming equipment of oil and gas transmission pipeline system during the "13th Five-Year Plan" period,the changes of actual operation efficiency of various energy-consuming equipment,and the qualification rate of main energy efficiency index parameters are determined.Besides,the common problems existing in the operation of the seven main energy-consuming equipment,and their recommended measures are described in detail.In view of the shortcomings of the current energy conservation monitoring work,and the development opportunities and challenges under the national dual carbon policy,it is proposed that during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period,under the background of smart pipe network,the energy conservation monitoring mode should be well converted to informatization,the development and application of energy efficiency real-time monitoring system for main energy-consuming equipment should be carried out,and the research on energy efficiency data law should be strengthened to activate the value of energy efficiency data assets.Thus,a greater technical support for energy conservation,emission reduction,and carbon reduction of pipeline transmission enterprises can be made.
