小街区密路网导向下基于TOD模式的上海梅陇新中心交通疏解分析 被引量:4

Traffic Dispersion Analysis of Meilong New Center Based on the Transit-oriented Development Oriented by Small Block and Dense Road Network

摘要 为缓解地区中心高强度开发带来的交通矛盾、提升空间品质、发挥土地价值,在秉承“小街区密路网”的开发理念以及以公共交通为主导的开发模式下,通过提升路网密度、改善公交及慢行出行环境、优化交通组织、合理利用地下空间等多种措施相结合,建立集约化、系统化的交通系统。以梅陇新中心为例,在结合轨道交通站点、打造成为集商业、办公、文化、娱乐于一体的地区中心的大背景下,依托良好的交通区位,分析症结所在并因地制宜地提出多种改善措施,优化交通出行结构、消除交通瓶颈、缓解交通矛盾,最后利用VISUM软件评估道路网交通压力,验证该方案的可行性,为基于TOD开发模式下地区中心的交通疏解路径提供支撑。 In order to alleviate the traffic contradiction caused by the high-intensity development of the regional center,and improve the space quality and guarantee the land value,an intensive and systematic transportation system is established through a combination of measures such as improving the density of the road network,improving the public transport and slow-moving travel environment,optimizing the traffic organization and making rational use of underground space and etc.Which is based on the transit-oriented development mode and the development concept of the"small block and dense road network".Taking Meilong new center as an example,under the background of building a regional center integrating business,office,culture and entertainment in combination with metro stations,relying on good traffic location,various improvement measures are proposed to optimize the traffic structure,eliminate traffic bottlenecks and alleviate traffic conflicts.Finally,this paper evaluates the traffic pressure of the road network by using Visum software to verify the feasibility of the scheme and supports the traffic dispersion solutions of the regional center based on the transit-oriented development.
