摘要
目的观察子宫内膜异位症患者采用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)联合腹腔镜手术治疗的效果。方法选择本院收治的74例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,依据随机抽签法分为对照组与治疗组,每组37例。对照组采用腹腔镜手术治疗,治疗组在此基础上采用GnRH-a治疗。比较两组的治疗效果。结果术前,两组的主观症状评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);术后6个月,两组的主观症状评分均降低,且治疗组的主观症状评分为(2.31±0.08)分,低于对照组的(3.89±0.14)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)o治疗组的总复发率为2.70%,低于对照组的16.22%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采用GnRH-a联合腹腔镜手术治疗子宫内膜异位症的效果理想,可缓解患者临床症状,降低卵巢囊肿复发率,值得临床推广使用。
Objective To observe the effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)combined with laparoscopic surgery in patients with endometriosis.Methods A total of 74 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital were selected as the research objects and divided into a control group and a treatment group according to random lottery,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the treatment group was treated with GnRH-a on this basis.The treatment effects of the two groups were compared.Results Before operation,there was no significant difference in subjective symptom scores between the two groups(P>0.05);6 months after operation,the subjective symptom scores of the two groups were decreased.The subjective symptom score of the treatment group was(2.31+0.08)points,which was lower than(3.89+0.14)points of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total recurrence rate of the treatment group was 2.70%,which was lower than 16.22%of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion GnRH-a combined with laparoscopic surgery in the treatment of endometriosis has an ideal effect,which can alleviate the clinical symptoms of patients and reduce the recurrence rate of ovarian cysts,and is worthy of clinical application.
