摘要
目的研究卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血中综合护理干预的效果。方法选取本院收治的100例产后出血产妇,根据随机数字表法分为常规组及综合组,每组50例。两组均接受卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗,在此基础上,常规组采用常规护理,综合组采用综合护理。比较两组产妇的护理有效率、生活质量、睡眠质量、满意度及不良事件发生情况。结果综合组的护理有效率为98.00%,高于常规组的86.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。护理前,两组的各项生活质量综合评定问卷(GQOLI-74)评分及匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)总分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);护理后,两组的各项GQOL174评分及PSQI总分均升高,且综合组各项评分均高于常规组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组的满意度为98.00%,高于常规组的80.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。综合组的不良事件发生率为2.00%,低于常规组的14.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在使用卡前列素氨丁三醇治疗产后出血的过程中,给予产妇综合护理能够进一步改善出血症状,有助于改善产妇的精神状态,提高其睡眠及生活质量,并降低不良事件的发生率,建议在临床护理工作中推广使用。
Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage with carboprost tromethamine.Methods A total of 100 cases of postpartum hemorrhage were selected and divided into a conventional group and a comprehensive group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with carboprost tromethamine.On this basis,conventional nursing was used in the conventional group,and comprehensive nursing was used in the comprehensive group.The nursing efficiency,quality of life,quality of sleep,satisfaction and adverse events were compared between the two groups.Results The nursing effective rate of the comprehensive group was 98.00%,which was higher than 86.00%of the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before nursing,there were no significant differences in the scores of generic quality of life inventory-74(GQOL-74)and the total score of Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the scores of GQOL-74 and the total score of PSQI of the two groups were increased,and the scores of the comprehensive group were higher than those of the conventional group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The satisfaction of the comprehensive group was 98.00%,higher than 80.00%of the conventional group,and the diiference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events in the comprehensive group was 2.00%,lower than 14.00%in the conventional group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of using carboprost tromethamine in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage,comprehensive nursing for puerpera can further improve the bleeding symptoms,help to improve their mental state,improve sleep and quality of life,and reduce the incidence of adverse events.It is suggested to be popularized in clinical nursing work.
