摘要
本文以某型卡车车门钣金结构为设计对象,以车门的强度和刚度为设计准则,对车门的主体钣金结构进行设计,并使用CATIA软件搭建其三维模型。车门防撞梁是保证车身侧面安全的重要构件,根据碰撞过程和碰撞位置,对车门防撞梁受力分析计算后,采用ANSYS软件对其进行线性静力结构分析,得到其受力变形区域的应力和应变情况。仿真结果显示,该型防撞梁在碰撞仿真中无明显的应力集中区域,形变量满足国家法规要求,不会发生断裂而失去作用,满足安全设计要求。
This article uses a type of truck door sheet metal structure as the design object, with the strength and stiffness of the door as the design criterion, designing the main sheet metal structure of the door, and using Catia software to build its three-dimensional model.
