摘要
在工程项目招投标环节中,招标和投标单位都必须精准核算成本价,才能准确计算标底并核实竞标报价的真实性。文中结合以往招投标管理经验,分析了工程造价中的成本价形式,针对工程造价与招标投标管理中成本价问题进行了分析,并提出了一些有针对性的改善措施。
In the bidding process of engineering projects, both the bidding and tendering units must accurately calculate the cost price in order to accurately calculate the base bid price and verify the authenticity of the bidding quotation. Combined with the previous bidding management experience, this paper analyzes the form of cost price in the project cost, analyzes the problem of cost price in the project cost and bidding management, and puts forward some targeted improvement measures.
