摘要
目的探讨腕踝针防治前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛的效果。方法采用同期随机对照研究方法,将接受前列腺电切术的126例住院手术患者随机分为试验组63例、对照组63例。对照组采用常规护理方法,试验组在对照组的基础上给予腕踝针干预治疗。观察术后膀胱痉挛发生率、严重程度、疼痛评分、尿道口周围漏尿量、膀胱过度活动症评分、尿比色数值、尿液红细胞计数、白细胞计数。结果试验组患者在术后第1天、第2天的24 h膀胱痉挛的发生率低于同期对照组;试验组患者在术后第1天、第2天、第3天、第5天的24 h膀胱痉挛严重程度、疼痛评分、尿道口周围漏尿量均低于同期对照组;试验组患者在术后第3天尿液红细胞数值低于对照组,试验组患者术后第7天膀胱过度活动症状评分低于对照组,以上结果均有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。试验组患者在术后第3天、第5天的24 h膀胱痉挛的发生率与对照组无统计学差异;试验组患者在术后第5天尿液红细胞数值、术后第3天和第5天尿比色卡数值与尿液白细胞数值与同期对照组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论腕踝针对防治前列腺电切术后膀胱痉挛、降低并发症具有较好的临床效果。
Objective To explore the effect of wrist-ankle acupuncture on bladder spasm patients after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods A total of 126 patients with TURP were randomly divided into control group(n=63)and experimental group(n=63).The control group received routine nursing.The experimental group was given wrist-ankle acupuncture based on routing nursing.The postoperative bladder spasm,level of severity,pain,leakage of urine around the urthral orifice,overactive bladder symptom score,urine colorimetric value,urinary RBC and WBC were compared between the two groups.Results The postoperative 24 hours for day 1st and day 2nd bladder spasm rates in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The frequency,duration and level of severity of bladder spasm,pain score,leakage of urine around the urthral orifice in postoperative 24 hours for day 1st,day 2nd,day 3rd and day 5th in the experimental group were lower than those of the control group.The postoperative of day 3rd urinary RBC in the experimental group was lower than those of the control group.The postoperative day 7th overactive bladder symptom score in the experimental group was lower than those of the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The postoperative 24 hours for day 3rd,and day 5th bladder spasm rate had no statistically significant differences,and postoperative 24 hours for day 3rd and day 5th urine colorimetric value and urinary WBC had no statistically significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion The wrist-ankle acupuncture can prevent bladder spasm patients after TURP,reduce the complication and it has a good clinical effect.
