摘要
研究从拔尖人才相关理论入手,回顾和总结领域内国际主流的学派和学者的观点,并据此分析清华大学强基书院的培养实践。研究发现,清华大学在人才选拔上采用综合评价方法。在人才培养上,从专业设置和组织管理方面进行了创新制度的顶层设计;通过第一课堂强化课程体系建设和课程内容变革,培养学生高阶能力和素养;借助第二课堂,打造全方位学术浸润环境;同时通过显性课程和隐性活动共同促进价值塑造。此外,强基书院以个性化培养方案、专业化师资和管理、书院制社区等支持性资源保障强基学生的培养过程和质量。最后,研究对拔尖人才培养提出建议,以期对我国强基计划拔尖人才的选拔和培养给予实践启示和政策参考。
This study reviews and summarizes the related theories and international mainstream views in the field of top-notch talents,and analyzes the training practice of Tsinghua University accordingly.It is found that Tsinghua University adopts comprehensive evaluation method in talent selection.In terms of talent cultivation,firstly,the top-level design of innovation system is carried out from the aspects of discipline setting and organization management;Secondly,strengthening the construction of curriculum system and the reform of curriculum content through the first classroom to cultivate students’ high-level ability;Thirdly,creating an all-round comprehensive academic environment through the second classroom.At the same time,the explicit curriculum and implicit activities jointly promote the value shaping.In addition,the collegiate system guarantees the cultivation process and quality by supporting resources such as personalized cultivation programs,and professional teachers and management.The last part of the research puts forward policy suggestions for top-notch talent cultivation.
