摘要
食品安全在线智能化检测关键技术的研究会对食品检测技术的优化以及整个行业的发展起到重要的促进作用。本文通过分析智能化检测关键技术的流程,总结食品安全在线智能化检测技术的技术内涵,结合检测系统的应用方式和效果体现,分析今后食品安全在线智能化检测关键技术的发展要点,旨在为提升食品安全检测效率打下坚实的基础,从而确保食品安全。
The research on key technologies of online intelligent detection of food safety will play an important role in promoting the optimization of food detection technology and the development of the whole industry. This paper analyzes the process of key technologies of intelligent detection, summarizes the technical connotation of online intelligent detection technology of food safety, and analyzes the development points of key technologies of online intelligent detection of food safety in the future, combining with the application mode and effect of detection system, aiming at laying a solid foundation for improving the efficiency of food safety detection and ensuring food safety.
