不锈钢保温杯硅橡胶密封圈的检测与评价 被引量:1

摘要 食品接触用硅橡胶材料及制品与食品质量安全息息相关,本文依据国家标准《食品安全国家标准食品接触用橡胶材料及制品》(GB 4806.11—2016)相关要求,对市售食品接触用不锈钢保温杯硅橡胶密封圈进行了检测,并对检测结果进行了分析与评价。分析数据表明,所检测的食品接触用不锈钢保温杯硅橡胶密封圈的浸泡液均色泽正常、无浑浊、无沉淀、无异臭及无不洁物,总迁移量、高锰酸钾消耗量和重金属(以Pb计)试验结果均符合国家标准GB 4806.11—2016要求。其中,总迁移量为0.21-1.78 mg·dm^(-2),高锰酸钾消耗量为0.73-2.01 mg·kg^(-1),均低于国家标准要求限量值的一半。本研究结果为食品接触用硅橡胶制品的安全评价和相关法规标准的建立提供科学依据。 Silicone rubber materials and products for food contact are closely related to food quality and safety. This paper is based on the national standard GB 4806.11—2016, the silicone rubber seals of stainless steel insulation cups for food contact on the market was tested, and the test results were analyzed and evaluated. The analysis data showed that the migration solution of the silicone rubber seals of the stainless steel insulation cups for food contact had normal color, no turbidity, no precipitation, no odor and no dirt. The total migration, the consumption of potassium permanganate and heavy metals(calculated by Pb) test results all meet the requirements of the national standard GB 4806.11—2016. Among them, the total migration amount was 0.21-1.78 mg·dm^(-2),and the consumption of potassium permanganate was 0.73-2.01 mg·kg^(-1), which were all lower than half of the limit value required by the national standard. This research provided certain scientific basis for safety evaluation and establishment of the relevant standards and regulation for the food contact silicone rubber products.
