2012年首批优秀青年科学基金获得者科研轨迹分析 被引量:1

Career Performances of the First Excellent Young Scientists Fund Winners

摘要 为了深入探讨优秀青年科学基金(“优青”)项目对青年人才成长的支撑及促进作用,本文以2012年首批“优青”获得者为研究对象,建立个人信息及论文数据库,剖析“优青”获得者科研产出、科研合作角色转变和人才成长及流动特征等。结果显示,“优青”基金对科研产出有积极推动作用,但对科研产出影响力提升幅度有限,2012年获评的男性和女性“优青”科研产出尤其基金产出数量基本相当;多数“优青”在获资助后作为第一作者发表的论文数量减少,而通信作者论文显著增多,体现了“优青”获资助后在团队合作中承担角色发生转变;2012年“优青”中已有177人获得“杰青”项目资助,实现了从“优青”到“杰青”的有效衔接;总计51位“优青”存在职业流动现象,流动高峰为获“优青”的第7年,以43岁的“优青”流动人数最多,经济发达的京津冀、江浙沪和粤港澳是“优青”人才流入热门地区。广大学者和学校都应该充分利用“优青”项目的有力支持,杜绝过度头衔化,真正为中国的科研事业添砖加瓦。 To reveal the influence of the Excellent Young Scientists Fund(EYSF)project on the growth of Chinese young talents,this paper focuses on the first EYSF winners in 2012.By establishing a database including their personal information and published papers,we analyzes the scientific research output,the role changes during their scientific career and the characteristics of talent flows.The results show that the EYSF has played a positive role in promoting the quantity of the young talents scientific research output but not the quality.The number of research output,especially funded output,of the male and female EYSF receivers are comparable.The first author papers have decreased after being funded,while the corresponding author papers increase significantly,reflecting the role changes of EYSF winners.The following records show that 177 EYSF winners have also been approved by the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars programs.51 EYSF winners have undergone career flows with a flow peak age of 43-year-old.Costal and economic-well-developed provinces are the first choices for flowing talents.
