摘要
目的:观察消痔汤熏洗联合选择性痔上黏膜切除钉合术(TST)治疗混合痔患者的效果。方法:选取2019年1月至2021年9月该院收治的80例混合痔患者进行前瞻性研究,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各40例。对照组给予TST治疗,观察组给予消痔汤熏洗联合TST治疗,比较两组术后疼痛程度[疼痛数字评分法(NRS)]评分、水肿程度评分和创面愈合时间。结果:术后3、7、14 d,两组NRS评分、水肿评分均低于术后1 d,且观察组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组创面愈合时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:消痔汤熏洗联合TST治疗混合痔患者可降低疼痛评分和水肿评分,缩短创面愈合时间,优于单纯TST治疗效果。
Objective:To observe effects of Xiaozhi decoction fumigation and washing combined with tissue-selecting therapy stapler(TST)in treatment of postoperative patients with mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:80 patients with mixed hemorrhoids treated in this hospital from January 2019 to September 2021 were selected for the prospective study,and were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given TST treatment,while the observation group was given Xiaozhi decoction fumigation and washing combined with TST treatment.The postoperative pain degree[pain numerical rating scale(NRS)]score,the edema degree score and the wound healing time were compared between the two groups.Results:3,7 and 14 days after the surgery,the NRS scores and edema scores of the two groups were lower than those before the 1 days after the surgery,those of the observation group were lower than those of the control group,and the differenced were statistically significant(P<0.05).Further,the wound healing time in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:Xiaozhi decoction fumigation and washing combined with TST in the treatment of mixed hemorrhoids can reduce the pain score and the edema score,and shorten the wound healing time.Moreover,it is superior to single TST.
