原油管道蒸汽锅炉热工性能验证测试与分析

摘要 在原油管道蒸汽锅炉运行过程中,应定期开展现场热工性能测试,验证其运行状态和能效水平;同时由于输送的高凝原油存在易凝等风险,还需定期验证管输原油在凝点异常升高后,蒸汽锅炉能否及时升温,满足出站温度要求保证安全输送。以两座高凝原油管道站场蒸汽锅炉测试为例,介绍了测试情况和要求,给出了现场两次热工测试的验证结果,结果表明当原油换热器前蒸汽阀门开度逐渐增加后,原油出站温度也随之增加,两个输油站的出站温度均满足出站原油温度从目前的72℃提升到80℃甚至更高的提温需求。针对蒸汽锅炉运行中存在的效率偏低等问题,针对性提出在锅炉尾部加装烟气省煤器,以减少排烟热损失等建议。通过加装省煤器前后的经济效益对比分析,4 t、20 t锅炉在实际热效率提高2%后,分别节油12.96 t/a、54 t/a,节能效果显著。 During the operation of crude oil pipeline steam boiler, on-site thermal performance test shall be carried out regularly to verify its operation state and energy efficiency level.At the same time,there is a risk of solidifiability with high pour point crude oil being transported and it is also necessary to verify whether the outbound temperature of steam boiler can increase in time after the abnormal rise of the freezing point so as to meet the outbound temperature required by outbound and ensure the safe transportation. Taking the test of steam boilers in two high pour point crude oil pipeline stations as an example,the test conditions and requirements are introduced and the verification results of two on-site thermal tests are given. The results show that when the opening of steam valve in front of crude oil heat exchanger gradually increases,the outbound temperature of crude oil also increases.Particularly,the outbound temperaturs of the two oil transmission stations meet the demand of increasing the outbound crude oil temperature from 72 ℃ to 80 ℃ or even higher. Aimed at the problems of low efficiency in the operation of steam boiler, this paper puts forward some suggestions on installing flue gas economizer at the tail of boiler to reduce the heat loss of flue gas. Through the comparative analysis of the economic effects before and after the installation of the economizer, after the actual thermal efficiency of the four tons and twenty tons boilers is increased by 2% respectively,the oil saving is 12.96 t/a and 54 t/a respectively,which makes energy saving effect remarkable.
