基于RTL-SDR的自动调制识别器的设计

摘要 随着人工智能技术的发展,认知无线电开始从概念走向实际应用。作为感知和利用电磁空间的基础,正确识别通信信号的调制方式对后续的信号处理至关重要。目前相关的教学实践还主要停留在软件仿真模拟上,缺乏在实际环境中验证。针对此问题,以RTL-SDR为硬件平台,以TensorFlow为软件开发框架,采集真实的无线信号生成调制信号的数据集,基于卷积神经网络进行训练和测试构建了网络模型,并利用该模型对实时信号的调制方式进行了识别。该设计方案以真实信号作为处理对象,提高了学生的学习兴趣,强化了课程之间的关联,探索了数字信号处理和人工智能等相关课程的跨课程项目实践,有助于培养学生的综合能力。 With the development of artifi cial intelligence technology,cognitive radio has begun to move from concept to practical application.As the basis for sensing and utilizing electromagnetic space,correct identifi cation of the modulation mode of communication signals is essential for subsequent signal processing.At present,the relevant teaching practice still mainly stays on the software simulation,lack of verifi cation in the actual environment.In response to this problem,using RTL-SDR as the hardware platform and TensorFlow as the software development framework,real wireless signals are collected to generate a data set of modulated signals,and a network model is constructed based on convolutional neural network training and testing.The model further identifi es the modulation mode of the real-time signal.The practical scheme takes real signals as processing objects,and raises the interest of students.Strengthen the correlation between courses,explore the cross-curricular project practice of digital signal processing and artifi cial intelligence and other related courses,which will help cultivate students'comprehensive ability.
