摘要
概述了纳米SiO_(2)/环氧树脂复合材料的制备方法,详细介绍了近年来纳米SiO_(2)改性环氧树脂在力学性能、热学性能、电学性能、腐蚀性能等方面最新的研究进展。最后对此类复合材料的应用前景进行了展望,并提出纳米填料改性环氧树脂存在的问题。
The preparation method of nano-SiO_(2)/epoxy resin composites is summarized,and the latest research progress of nano-SiO_(2)modified epoxy resin in mechanical properties,thermal properties,electrical properties and corrosion properties in recent years is introduced.Finally,the application prospect of this kind of composite material is prospected,and the existing problems of epoxy resin modified by nanOfiller are put forward.
