Framework and key technology of intelligent open-pit mines

摘要 在分析国内露天矿山智能化建设相关资料的基础上,针对我国智能露天矿山缺乏总体建设框架等问题,系统论述了智能露天矿山的总体架构、关键技术。详细介绍了智能露天矿山在生产层、感知层、网络层、平台层以及服务层的5层架构;梳理了露天矿山在安全生产保障和监测预警应急2方面的协同流程,提出了智能露天矿山建设的大数据采集平台、无人机测量技术、无人驾驶系统、导航开采技术、数字孪生技术、设备故障诊断及图谱等内容。 Based on the data on intelligent construction of domestic open-pit mines,in view of the lack of an overall construction framework for intelligent open-pit mines in China,the overall structure and key technologies of intelligent open-pit mines are systematically discussed.The five-layer structure of the intelligent open-pit mine in the production layer,perception layer,network layer,platform layer and service layer is introduced.The collaborative process of open-pit mines in terms of safety production guarantee and monitoring,early warning and emergency response is analyzed.And the key technologies are proposed,including big data collection platform,UAV measurement technology,unmanned system,navigation and mining technology,digital twin technology,equipment fault diagnosis and mapping.
