转体桥梁空间位置高精度实时预测方法研究 被引量:8

摘要 为快速、准确地实现转体桥梁位置的实时监测,提出基于局部坐标变换的桥梁空间位置高精度实时预测方法,该方法由局部坐标变化导出整体结构变化特征,通过监测转体桥梁上转盘控制点坐标预测整体结构的空间位置,从而实现转体桥梁空间位置的快速监测。分析仪器测量误差、控制点测量网面积等因素对该方法空间位置预测精度的影响,以312国道苏州东段改扩建工程大型V构(转体结构为2×66 m的变截面箱梁,转体70°)为背景,比较不同姿态下空间点位预测结果实测值,验证该预测方法的可行性与精确性。结果表明:基于局部坐标变换的转体桥梁空间位置预测方法可行,在预测精度、经济实用性等方面优势明显,可为桥梁转体施工监测及姿态调整提供理论指导。 In this paper,a method to predict the spatial position of the rotated superstructure of a bridge during rotation construction process is proposed,which is developed based on the local coordinate transformation.The application of the method can facilitate the rapid and accurate real-time monitoring of the rotated superstructure.The method derives the overall structure change characteristics from the local coordinate changes,and predicts the spatial position of the overall structure by monitoring the coordinates of the control points on the turntable,so as to achieve the rapid monitoring of the spatial position of the rotated superstructure.The influence of measuring errors of the devices and the measuring area of the control points on the spatial position prediction accuracy of the method was analyzed.The large-scale V-frame of the upgrading project of the National Road 312 in East Suzou is used as a case,the rotated structure of the project consists of box girders of variable cross-section and the structure was rotated 70° into position.The predicted spatial points of the rotated structure in diverse positions are compared with the measured values,to verify the applicability and accuracy of the prediction method.It is shown that the presented method to predict the spatial position of rotated structure based on local coordinate transformation is feasible and has obvious benefits in predicting accuracy and economy,which can provide theoretical direction for the construction monitoring and position adjustment of rotated structure of a bridge that is constructed by rotation method.
