摘要
为改善大宽高比扁平钢箱梁的涡振性能,研究在风嘴处设置水平稳定板对该类钢箱梁断面涡激振动的影响。进行3座主梁宽高比分别为10、10.3与11.5的闭口扁平钢箱梁大跨度桥梁节段模型风洞试验,对比水平稳定板对各断面涡振性能的改善作用,并采用CFD技术模拟断面流场的方法分析了水平稳定板的抑振机理。结果表明:各扁平钢箱梁均存在明显涡振现象,在风嘴处设置水平稳定板能够显著降低甚至消除各扁平钢箱梁在不同风攻角下的涡激振动;对于宽高比为10与11.5的扁平钢箱梁断面,设置长度为1/40主梁宽度的水平稳定板对梁体的涡振性能提升效果明显;水平稳定板能够显著降低扁平钢箱梁上游上表面处旋涡尺寸,从而达到抑制主梁涡振的效果。
Three closed flat steel box girders with aspect ratios of 10,10.3,and 11.5 were prepared for sectional model wind tunnel test to examine the effects of horizontal stabilizers at the wind fairings on the vortex-induced vibration(VIV) performance of this type of steel box girders.The improvement effects of the horizontal stabilizer on VIV performance of each section were compared,and the vibration suppression mechanism of the horizontal stabilizer was studied by using computational fluid dynamics(CFD) simulation method.The results demonstrate that all the models exhibited notable VIV,and adding horizontal stabilizers at the wind fairings can significantly reduce or even eliminate the VIV of the models at varying wind attack angles.For the flat steel box girders with aspect ratios of 10 and 11.5,the horizontal stabilizers with length of 1/40 main girder width are able to effectively suppress the VIV.The horizontal stabilizers can remarkably reduce the vortex size on the upper surface of the flat steel box girder on the windward side,so as to suppress the VIV of the main beam.
