摘要
目的:分析308nm准分子激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光对白癜风的治疗效果。方法:将2017年11月~2019年12月来本院治疗的110例白癜风患者以随机(抽签法)方法分为观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。分别对两组患者应用CO_(2)点阵激光治疗(对照组)和308nm准分子激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光治疗(观察组),比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:①治疗总有效率:观察组(90.91%)和对照组(74.55%)相互比较后,差异存在统计学意义(P<0.05);②观察组(7例,占12.73%)和对照组(5例,占9.09%)在不良反应发生率方面没有明显差异,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);③观察组治疗之后的白斑消退时间明显比对照组短,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);④观察组患者治疗后的生活质量明显高于对照组,疼痛明显比对照组更轻,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:在治疗白癜风的时候通过308nm准分子激光联合CO_(2)点阵激光能够有效提升患者治疗的总有效率,并且可在保证安全的前提之下缩短患者白斑消退所需的时间,不会产生严重疼痛,提高生活质量,是理想的治疗手段。
Objective:To analyze the effect of 308nm excimer laser combined with CO_(2) fractional laser on the treatment of vitiligo.Methods:The cases of vitiligo(110 cases)who came to our hospital for treatment from November 2017 to December 2019 were randomly divided into observation group(n=55)and control group(n=55)by random(lottery method).Two groups of patients were treated with CO_(2) fractional laser treatment(control group)and 308nm excimer laser combined with CO_(2) fractional laser treatment(observation group)to compare the treatment effects of the two groups.Results:①The total effective rate of treatment:observation group(90.91%),control group(74.55%),after comparison,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);②There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group(7 cases,accounting for 12.73%)and the control group(5 cases,accounting for 9.09%),and the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05);③The leukoplakia subsidence time in the observation group after treatment was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);④The quality of life of patients in the observation group after treatment was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the pain was significantly lighter than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of vitiligo,the 308nm excimer laser combined with CO_(2) fractional laser can effectively improve the total effective rate of the patient’s treatment,and can shorten the time required for the patient’s leukoplakia to resolve under the premise of ensuring safety,without causing severe pain.Improving the quality of life is an ideal treatment.
