摘要
目的:观察上消化道出血患者应用消化内镜治疗的效果并评价其对并发症发生率的影响。方法:选取于2021年3月~2022年3月到本院接受诊治的上消化道出血患者作为样本开展本次研究,样本例数60例,在单双号分发法的指导下将60例患者进行分组,其中30例单号患者为常规组,该组患者采用常规治疗,另外30例双号患者为研究组,该组患者采用消化内镜治疗,对两组患者的结果行对比分析。结果:研究组患者的并发症发生率、炎性因子水平均显著低于常规组(P<0.05);研究组患者的临床治疗总有效率、临床指标、生活质量、治疗满意度均高于常规组(P<0.05)。结论:对于上消化道出血患者来说,采用消化内镜进行治疗可以有效改善患者的炎性因子水平以及各项临床指标,提升患者治疗满意度、生活质量以及临床治疗效果,对降低患者并发症发生率具有积极影响。
Objective:To observe the effect of digestive endoscopy on patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding and evaluate its effect on the incidence of complications.Methods:The patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding who came to our hospital for treatment from March 2021 to March 2022 were selected as the samples to carry out the study.The number of samples was 60.Under the guidance of single and even number distribution method,these 60 patients were divided into groups.Among them,30 patients with single number were the routine group,and the patients in this group were treated with routine treatment.The other 30 patients with double number were the study group,and the patients in this group were treated with digestive endoscopy,the results of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:The incidence of complications and the level of inflammatory factors in the study group were significantly lower than those in the routine group(P<0.05);The total effective rate,clinical indicators,quality of life and treatment satisfaction of the patients in the study group were higher than those in the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusion:For the patients with upper gastrointestinal bleeding,digestive endoscopy should be used to treat them,which can effectively improve the level of speech and behavior factors and various clinical indicators,improve the treatment satisfaction,quality of life and clinical treatment effect,and have a positive impact on reducing the incidence of complications.
