师范专业认证背景下学前教育专业人才培养的困境与创新路径--以云南师范大学商学院为例 被引量:5

The Dilemma and Innovation Path of Preschool Education Professional Training under the Background of Normal Professional Certification--Taking Yunnan Normal University Business School as an Example

摘要 师范专业认证旨在提高师范类专业人才培养质量,对现阶段学前教育专业人才培养提出了具体而明确的要求。现阶段学前教育专业人才培养取得了一些显著的成果,也存在不少具体的问题,如课程体系特色不明显、毕业生优质就业比例较低、职业素质结构不全面、职业理想与信念缺失、职业技能不扎实等。该文围绕师范专业认证对高校学前教育专业人才培养提出的要求进行梳理,总结并分析了高校学前教育专业人才培养的有效做法和困境,试图用师范专业认证的具体理念和做法解决存在的问题,以期优化和完善高校学前教育专业人才培养模式和具体做法。 Teachers'professional certification aims at enhancing the quality of experts training.It has put forward the clear demands toward current preschool experts training which contains both achievements and problems such as the unintelligible features of curriculum system,the low rate of high quality of employments,the uncomprehensive structural career quality,the lack of career ideals and beliefs,the unskilled technical abilities etc.This study has arranged the demands posed by teachers'professional certification and summarized the effective way for solving the main problems toward college preschool education experts training.The study tried to solve those problems by the specific ideals and practices of teachers'professional certification,so that people can optimize the training model,the specific methods of college preschool education experts training.
