摘要 氢能在氢燃料电池汽车、分布式发电、储能载体等领域具有广泛的应用前景,大容量高压储氢瓶是氢燃料电池汽车的关键储能载体。由于高压氢气的易燃易爆特性,衡量储氢瓶应用安全性的性能测试标准逐渐成为众多厂商和专家学者的研究热点。本文概述几种已有的大容量高压储氢瓶性能测试试验及试验标准,并基于其应用风险及相关指标对有关标准进行分析、比对,为我国储氢瓶标准进一步完善提供支持。 Hydrogen energy has broad application prospects in the fields of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, distributed power generation, and energy storage carriers. Large-capacity high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinders are the key energy storage carrier of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles. Due to the fl ammable and explosive characteristics of high-pressure hydrogen, the performance test standard for measuring the safety of hydrogen storage cylinders has gradually become a research focus of many manufacturers, experts and scholars. This paper summarizes several existing tests and standards for high-capacity high-pressure hydrogen storage cylinder performance. It then analyzes and compares relevant standards based on their application risks and related indicators to help improve Chinese hydrogen storage cylinder standards.
