摘要
探讨通淋利湿汤联合左氧氟沙星治疗尿路感染(UTI)的疗效及对血清TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6因子的影响。选择聊城市第二人民医院2019年1月~2019年12月期间收治的100例UTI患者,采用随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,各50例。对照组口服左氧氟沙星,观察组口服通淋利湿汤联合左氧氟沙星。比较两组细菌清除率,症状及体征消失时间,治疗前后TNF-α、hs-CRP、IL-6变化及临床疗效。观察组细菌清除率100.00%高于对照组84.00%,尿路刺激征消失时间(3.73±1.27)d早于对照组(4.63±1.52)d,体温恢复正常时间(2.76±1.05)d早于对照组(3.45±1.32)d,(P均<0.05);两组治疗后TNF-α、Hs-CRP、IL-6均显著降低(P<0.001),观察组治疗后TNF-α、Hs-CRP、IL-6均显著低于对照组(P<0.001);观察组总有效率96.00%高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应比较(8.00%vs 14.00%),差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。通淋利湿汤联合左氧氟沙星可缩短UTI患者症状及体征消退时间,提高细菌清除率,改善炎症反应状态,临床疗效满意,安全性高。
To explore the effect of Tonglin Lishi decoction combined with levofloxacin in the treatment of urinary tract infection(UTI)and its influence on TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in serum,100 patients with urinary tract infection from January 2019 to December 2019 were selected.They were randomly divided into control group and observation group,50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with levofloxacin,and the observation group was treated with Tonglin Lishi Decoction on the basis of the control group.The bacterial clearance rate,disappearance time of symptoms and signs,changes of serum TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.The clearance rate of bacteria in the observation group was 100.00% higher than that in the control group(84.00%),the disappearance time of urinary tract irritation sign(3.73±1.27)days and the recovery time of body temperature(2.76±1.05)days were earlier than that in the control group(4.63±1.52,3.45±1.32)days,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in TNF-α,h-CRP and IL-6 between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 in the two groups were significantly reduced(P<0.001);after treatment,TNF-α,hs-CRP and IL-6 were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).The total effective rate 96.00% higher than that in the control group(84.00%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(8.00%and 14.00%),(P>0.05).Tonglin Lishi decoction combined with levofloxacin can shorten the time of symptoms and signs of UTI patients,improve the bacterial clearance rate,improve the state of inflammatory reaction,with satisfactory clinical effect and high safety,which is worth further application and promotion.
