摘要
旅游是三亚的城市名片,旅游诚信文化建设是三亚打造这张名片的重要手段。区块链本质上是一个分布式的共享账本,具有去中心化、全过程留痕、不可篡改、可追溯、集体维护、透明、公开等特点。区块链技术在旅游行业中的应用,能够从技术和算法角度,一定程度地解决游客对三亚旅游供给方的信任问题,通过新技术驱动三亚旅游诚信文化建设。该文首先分析三亚旅游诚信文化建设现状及存在的问题,分析问题产生的原因,然后提出应用区块链技术解决相关问题的优势,以及区块链技术在三亚旅游诚信文化建设中的具体应用方案。
Tourism is Sanya's city card,and the construction of tourism integrity culture is an important means for Sanya to create this card.In essence,blockchain is a distributed shared account book,which is decentralized,traceable,collective maintenance,transparent and open.The application of blockchain technology in the tourism industry can solve the problem of tourists'trust in Sanya tourism suppliers to a certain extent from the perspective of technology and algorithm,and drive the construction of Sanya Tourism integrity culture through new technology.This paper first analyzes the current situation and existing problems of Sanya tourism integrity culture construction,then puts forward the advantages of applying blockchain technology to solve related problems,as well as the specific application scheme of blockchain technology in Sanya Tourism integrity culture construction.
