摘要
目的 分析2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证患者采取半夏泻心汤加减治疗对改善证候,调节血糖的效果。方法选择2020年1月—2021年12月兰陵县人民医院收治2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证患者130例研究,根据奇偶数抽签结果划分对照组(奇数签,65例)与观察组(偶数签,65例),对照组单纯以二甲双胍治疗,观察组实施半夏泻心汤加减治疗,检测对比两组患者治疗前后血糖指标,评估各组患者治疗前后中医证候积分变化。结果入院时检测两组患者血糖指标、证候积分结果比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后观察组患者空腹血糖、餐后2 h血糖及糖化血红蛋白检测结果均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);同时观察组患者治疗后心下痞满、胀闷呕恶、水谷不消、脾虚胃滞证候评分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 2型糖尿病脾虚胃滞证患者通过半夏泻心汤加减治疗能够有效改善疾病症状表现,调控患者血糖水平。
Objective To analyze the effect of Banxia Xiexin Decoction on improving symptoms and regulating blood glucose in patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus with spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation.Methods A total of130 patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus with spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation syndrome admitted to Lanling County People’s Hospital from January 2020 to December 2021 were selected for study.According to the oddeven lottery results,the control group(odd-numbered lottery,65 cases) and the observation group(even-numbered lottery,65 cases) were divided.The control group was treated with metformin alone,and the observation group was treated with Banxia Xiexin Decoction.The blood glucose indexes of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were detected and compared,and the changes of TCM symptom scores in each group before and after treatment were evaluated.Results There was no statistically significant difference in blood glucose indexes and symptom scores between the two groups at admission(P>0.05).After treatment,the test results of fasting blood glucose,2 h postprandial blood glucose and glycosylated hemoglobin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);at the same time,after treatment,the scores of heart fullness,distention,stuffiness,nausea,water and valley,spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Banxia Xiexin Decoction can effectively improve the symptoms of the disease,regulate the blood glucose level of the patients with type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus patients with spleen deficiency and stomach stagnation.
