摘要
采用XRF、TG/DTG等方法研究了污泥的理化性质,并通过简单热解法制备了盐酸和氯化锌改性的污泥生物炭材料,利用SEM、EDS、XRD、FT-IR等方法对制备的污泥生物质炭进行了表征。以苯酚为底物,探究了材料活化过硫酸盐催化降解有机污染物的性能。实验结果表明,氯化锌改性的污泥生物炭(ZSBC)性能最佳,亚甲基蓝吸附量和碘吸附量分别可达110.27mg/g和332.28mg/g。该生物炭不仅吸附量较大,且可以有效活化过二硫酸钾(PDS)催化氧化降解有机化合物,ZSBC/PDS体系在120 min内对苯酚的去除率可达100%。
The properties of sludge were studied by XRF and TG/DTG.The sludge biochar modified by hydrochloric acid and zinc chloride were prepared by simple pyrolysis,and the samples were characterized by SEM,EDS,XRD,FT-IR.The properties of persulfates by biochar to catalyze the degradation of organic pollutants were explored using phenol as substrates.The experimental results show that the zinc chloride modified sludge biochar(ZSBC)has the best performance,and the adsorption amount of methylene blue and iodine reach to 110.27 mg/g and 332.28 mg/g.The sludge biochar not only has a large adsorption amount,but also can effectively activate potassium perdisulfate(PDS)catalytic oxidation and degradation of organic compounds.The degradation rate of phenol in the ZSBC/PDS system reach to 100%within 120 min.
