中江气田生产井储层水锁解除技术

Release technology of reservoir water lock in production wells of Zhongjiang gasfield

摘要 中江气田致密砂岩气藏具有低孔低渗、高毛管力、高含水饱和度等特点,生产中后期极易出现储层水锁,影响气井产量。为此,研发了一套新型表面活性剂,能够将水溶液表面张力降至15.95 mN/m,润湿解除角提升66.32%,具有高表面活性、润湿反转、低胶束粒径、强吸附性等特征,岩心驱替实验发现,0.5%新型药剂解水锁效果好于100%甲醇。形成了“注解水锁剂+干气吞吐”储层解水锁工艺,在X井开展现场应用,单井增产率达到270%,已实现增产天然气25×10^(4)m^(3),还在持续有效,取得了较好的现场应用效果。 The tight sandstone gas reservoir in Zhongjiang gasfield is characterized by low porosity,low permeability,high capillary force and high water saturation.Reservoir water lock is very easy to occur in the middle and late production period,which affects gas well production.For this reason,a new set of surfactant has been developed,which can reduce the surface tension of aqueous solution to 15.95 mN/m,increase the wetting release angle by 66.32%,and has the characteristics of high surface activity,wetting turnover,low micelle particle size,strong adsorption,etc.The core displacement experiment found that the water unlocking effect of 0.5%new agent is better than that of 100%methanol.The reservoir water releasing and locking process of"injection water locking agent+dry gas huff and puff"has been formed,and has been applied in X well on the site.The single well production increase rate has reached 270%,and the production increase of natural gas has reached 250000 m^(3),which is still effective and has achieved good field application effect.
