摘要
生态优势区的环境保持和优化对中国实现“双碳目标”至关重要,但在企业,生态环境领域的“知行脱节”困境十分严重。为破解这一难题,基于计划行为理论,遵循“感知—意愿—行为—结果”的现实逻辑,构建企业亲环境行为支持度感知量表,深入探究企业亲环境行为的形成机理;以典型的生态优势区江西省为样本区进行调研,共回收企业有效问卷212份。研究表明,企业亲环境行为支持度感知主要包括持续发展、外界环境和经济绩效三个维度;每个维度均对企业亲环境行为、行为意愿和行为绩效有显著的正向影响,但亲环境行为意愿只在持续发展和外界环境两个维度与亲环境行为关系中存在中介作用,可见在企业的普遍认知里,经济绩效和亲环境行为还是不能双赢。因此,典型性双赢案例的打造、选树和宣传是必不可少的一环。从环境心理学视角探究生态优势区企业亲环境行为的形成机理,激励绿色可持续导向的亲环境行为和意愿,给全国提供一个可复制推广的绿色崛起样板,具有重要的战略意义。根据研究结论,从加强企业亲环境行为支持,完善亲环境激励体系,强化亲环境支持感知等方面提出促进企业亲环境行为的对策建议。
Maintaining and optimizing the environment in ecological advantage areas is very important for China to achieve the“double carbon goal”,but in enterprises,the dilemma of“disconnection between knowledge and practice”in the field of ecological environment is very serious.In order to solve this problem,based on the theory of planned behavior and following the realistic logic of“perception-desire-action-result”,constructs a perception scale of the support of enterprise pro-environmental behavior,and deeply explores the formation mechanism;Taking Jiangxi Province,a typical ecological advantage area,as the sample area,212 valid questionnaires were obtained.The results of exploratory factor analysis show that the perception of pro-environmental behavior support of enterprises mainly includes three dimensions:Sustainable development,external environment and economic performance;The results of benchmark regression show that each dimension has a significant positive impact on the pro-environmental behavior,behavior willingness and behavior performance of enterprises,but the pro-environmental behavior willingness only plays an intermediary role in the relationship between sustainable development and external environment and pro-environmental behavior.It can be seen that in the general cognition of enterprises,economic performance and pro-environmental behavior still cannot win-win.From the perspective of environmental psychology,it is of great strategic significance to explore the formation mechanism of pro-environmental behavior of enterprises in ecological advantage areas,stimulate green sustainable oriented pro-environmental behavior and willingness,and provide a replicable and popularized green rise model for the whole country.According to the research conclusion,puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the pro-environmental behavior of enterprises.
